The HD series single machine dust collector is designed specifically for the top, bottom, belt conveyor, and local dust source dust removal of cement warehouses, and can also be used for local dust source dust removal in other industries. It has the characteristics of small size, large air processing capacity, compact structure, convenient and reliable use, etc. The dust removed from the dust collector can be directly discharged into the warehouse or directly fall onto the belt. The dusty gas enters the dust collector from the lower part, and after being filtered by the filter bag, the clean air is discharged by the induced draft fan. After the dust collector works for a period of time, the dust on the filter bag gradually increases, causing the resistance of the filter bag to rise. It is necessary to clean the dust. After the cleaning is completed, the dust collector works normally again.
There are six specifications for this series of units. Divided into three types: A, B, and C. Type A is equipped with an ash hopper, type B is equipped with drawers, and type C does not have an ash hopper or drawers. The lower flange is directly connected to the top of the warehouse, material bin, and other dust equipment for on-site dust removal according to requirements, and the dust is directly recovered.
1. Structure of single bag dust collector
The device mainly consists of the following parts:
(1) Box body: including bag chamber, clean air chamber, porous plate, filter bag, filter bag cage frame, and maintenance door. The box body is designed to withstand a pressure of 5000pa.
(2) Exhaust system: including an exhaust rain cover.
(3) Spray system: including air bag, spray pipe, pulse valve, and controller. Pulse long bag dust collector

2. Working principle
The dusty gas enters the filter bag chamber through the air inlet, and is filtered into clean gas through the filter bag before entering the air chamber. It is then discharged by the fan through the exhaust port of the clean air chamber. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag and continues to increase, causing the resistance of the bag filter to constantly rise. In order to ensure that the equipment resistance does not exceed 1200pa and the bag filter can continue to work, the dust on the filter bag needs to be regularly removed. Dust cleaning is a process in which the program controller starts the pulse valve in a timed sequence, causing the compressed air (0.5-0.7Mpa) inside the air bag to be blown out through the nozzle holes (referred to as primary air) and guided by the Venturi tube to enter the filter bag with several times the surrounding air (referred to as secondary air), causing the filter bag to rapidly expand in an instant and shake off dust with the reverse action of the airflow, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning. 2. Selection parameters and selection principles
(1) The main technical parameters for selecting a dust collector are air volume, gas temperature, dust concentration, and humidity. According to the maximum values of air volume, gas temperature, and dust concentration in the process design, based on the principle of slightly lower than the values in the technical performance table, the corresponding dust collector model is the required dust collector model.
(2) The gas consumption in the table refers to the situation when the merchant provides centralized gas supply. If an air compressor is used separately, the gas consumption in the table should be increased to 1.5 times.
(3) The proposed air consumption in the compressed air consumption column is the maximum air consumption of the equipment model.
